We decided to alter the corporate structure of our Company, which was changed into an anonymous company, signalling its transition into a new era of globalized market. At the same time, we adopted a modernizing investment policy. |

It’s a Business Excellence model which is promoted by EFQM, an European non-profit organization, which its main activity is the promotion and spreading of the principles of Total Quality Management in Europe.
